Delivery & Return
How do I return a product purchased in the Lacoste Online Shop?
We allow 14 days in which to return a product to us. This period starts from the date your parcel was delivered. More specifically the date on which you receive the parcel. Please note that the return must be made following our returns policy. You can simply fill in the returns form that comes with your parcel. We offer you two ways of returning purchased products
Standard return
For a Standard Return by post, please use the return coupon attached to your parcel. The products concerned may also be taken to the nearest Post Office. However it is important to note that a Standard Return may take more than 10 working days for the parcel to reach our store.
